If you are looking for a kitchen to test your value added product or expand production of an existing then this class is for you. The SAHC Food Safety and Sanitation Class is a prerequisite for reserving and using our Value-Added Kitchen. During this class attendees will learn food safety, good handling process, hygiene and cleaning/sanitizing. We will have all required forms for kitchen use on hand for you to fill out. By offering value-added products, farmers can improve their economic productivity and extend their market season through the entire year.
