Embark on a scenic adventure through the charming 100-acre Jenkins Branch Farm, located just outside Asheville. This hidden treasure features a beautiful knoll that offers sweeping views of the Walnut and Black Mountains. Your guide for this nature-filled journey will be Farm & Food Program manager, Chris Link and Outreach Manager, Justin Tucker.

The Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy’s Farmland Program, established in 2005, was created to protect the natural and cultural heritage of Western North Carolina and East Tennessee. Jenkins Branch Farm embodies this mission, serving as a shining example of the significance of preserving working farmland.
