CANCELLED
Unfortunately, due to safety concerns in the wake of wintry weather that moved into our area Friday, we have to CANCEL the Handcrafted Christmas event planned for Saturday, Dec. 9.
Visit Addison Farms Vineyard for their 4th annual “A Handcrafted Christmas” — and shop to support mountain craft heritage and conservation! This local holiday tradition features handmade artisan crafts and wine from the Sandy Mush farming community.
In the spirit of giving back to the community, Addison Farms Vineyard will offer a complimentary wine tasting or glass of wine with every $10 donation at the door to Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy, AND Addison Farms will match up to $500 in donations!
SAHC has partnered with many families in the surrounding Sandy Mush area to preserve family farms and scenic mountains, and we continue ongoing conservation efforts in the area.
“As a fourth-generation family farm, we know the value of continuing the family tradition of farming, and we want to support the efforts of SAHC and our community in helping to conserve our beautiful, rural farming community of Sandy Mush,” says Jeff Frisbee, owner and winemaker of Addison Farms.
Bring friends or family to enjoy the afternoon, and feel good about your holiday shopping! Support local artisans, relax with a glass of Appalachian mountain vineyard wine, and know that your $10 donation to SAHC will be doubled to help us continue protecting the places you love.
