Join us for a hands-on fermentation workshop by Jenny Eby at SAHC’s Community Farm on Wednesday, October 30, from 5- 6:30 pm. Jenny will discuss the health benefits of fermented foods and some history, science and art behind the ancient tradition once considered magic.
