Join us in partnership with members of the Elisha Mitchell Audubon Society for a beginner birding walk in Swannanoa’s Owen Park!
Fall is upon us and all variety of birds are passing through Western North Carolina on their way South for the Winter. Our Breakfast With The Birds walk is an introductory level bird outing where participants will learn how to use binoculars as well as techniques to identify birds. The outing will be a leisurely 2 mile walk around beautiful Owen Park with plenty of opportunities to spot local birds and wildlife.
SAHC will provide some binoculars for sharing as well as some granola bars for breakfast
