We invite you to join us and celebrate the beauty of the Southern Appalachians through art at Appalachian Sanctuary, a new exhibition by painter Jeremy Russell inspired by visits to lands protected by the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy. Russell’s expressive landscape paintings capture the spirit of Western North Carolina’s forests, streams, and mountains while supporting the conservation of these special places. A featured artwork and a portion of all exhibition sales will benefit SAHC.

Light refreshments with a selection of wine, beer, and N/A beverages will be provided. Please RSVP by Tuesday, August 18. Street parking in downtown Asheville is free after 6 pm but there are two paid garages in close proximity to the gallery, the Biltmore Avenue Parking Garage and the Pack Square Parking Garage.
