When: Thursday, April 12 from 10 am to 1 pm
Where: West Asheville
Join us in partnership with members of the NC Audubon Society for a beginner birding walk in West Asheville!
Spring is upon us and the Asheville birds are making quite an appearance. Our Breakfast With The Birds walk is an introductory level bird outing where participants will learn how to use binoculars as well as techniques to identify birds. The outing will be a leisurely 2 mile walk along the French Broad River Greenway with plenty of opportunities to spot local birds and wildlife.
Members of Audubon society are excited to partner with SAHC for this walk to share with others the endless birding possibilities in this region, including urban areas or even your own backyard.

Due to the educational nature of this walk, participation will be limited to 15 people — so sign up soon!
